Goods from our store are shipped via the GLS courier company.
Delivery costs
GLS paying by bank transfer - 25 EURO up to 30 kg i 44 EURO up to 60 kg
GLS paying by cash on delivery - 26 EURO up to 30 kg i 45 EURO up to 60 kg
Parcels are shipped on the day the payment is credited to our account or the cash on delivery payment is confirmed.
Delivery time
Parcels typically reach their destination the day after shipment. However, the delivery date depends on the courier company, so this time may be longer.
Couriers deliver parcels on weekdays, usually between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. It all depends on the delivery location, weather conditions, and the forwarder.
Pick-up at the company's office from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Please note! Please inspect your shipment before collection. If any damage occurs during transport, please complete a damage report in the presence of the courier and contact our Customer Service Department.
Returns
In accordance with regulations, you may return purchased goods within 14 days of receiving the shipment (right of withdrawal from a distance selling contract). You do not need to provide a reason for the return, but used goods are not returnable. The refund period is 14 days after receiving the returned shipment.
How to make a return?
Please inform us no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment that you wish to return the goods. Fill in document of withdrawal from a distance contract and include it in the return package. Pack the parcel securely and send it to the address as soon as possible:
